Client Follow-Up is a service of Amont Marketing and Trading, Inc. References to Client Follow-Up, “we,” “us,” or “our” in this policy refer to Amont Marketing and Trading, Inc.

5. Service Providers

We use third-party service providers to operate Client Follow-Up. These providers may process information on our behalf when necessary to provide their services.

These services may include cloud hosting, database and authentication services, payment processing, email delivery, communications infrastructure, monitoring, and other technology used to operate Client Follow-Up.

For example, Client Follow-Up currently uses providers such as Supabase for database and authentication services, Stripe for subscription and payment processing, Resend for email delivery, and Vercel for application hosting and deployment.

6. Payment Information

Subscription payments are processed through Stripe. Client Follow-Up does not directly store complete payment card information. Payment information is handled by Stripe according to its own privacy and security practices.

7. Communications

Client Follow-Up may enable businesses to send email and, where available, SMS communications to their customers or prospects. Businesses are responsible for using these communication tools in compliance with applicable laws, consent requirements, anti-spam rules, and messaging regulations.

Mobile information, including phone numbers and SMS consent records, will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. We may share this information with service providers only as necessary to deliver and support the messaging service, or when required by law.

8. Data Security

We use reasonable administrative and technical measures designed to protect information against unauthorized access, loss, misuse, or alteration. However, no method of transmission or storage can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

9. Data Retention

We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the service, maintain business and financial records, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, and protect the security of Client Follow-Up.
